YIP-Build/National Park Service Standards for Rehabilitation make for value added career-pathing ops for tomorrow's emerging workforce.
Our focus is YIP-Build and learning-by-doing in support of National Park Service, Rehabilitation Standards for
historic structures and districts.
YIP-Build is all about preservation, protection and restoration of historic districts and structures and rehab skills and acquisition.
YIP-Build offers youth opportunities and experiential learning about heritage architecture and styles and other significance.
YIP-Build inform appreciation of heritage architecture/contributing significance and heritage properties and real value.
YIP-Build is a Paul L. Dunbar School Neighborhood Historic District initiative.

Volunteers-in-Preservation
DunbarPreservationAction welcome volunteers-in-preservation, building and trades craftsmen and retirees, and partners and partnerships alike.
Volunteers-in-Preservation and carpenters, painters, and cement masons and finishers can train-up emerging workforce professionals.
(DPA) seeks support of our Youth-in-Preservation Initiative and Women and Pre-Apprenticeship Ops (DOL) and community involvement.
Arm-chair architects eager to share about personal enthusiasm are welcome and retirees with work experience in retail office!
